Dangerous Animal Alert is operated by Erbacci LTD. This page explains how to request deletion of your Dangerous Animal Alert account and the data associated with it.
In your browser (fastest — nothing to install):
The optional iPhone and Android companion apps offer the same option in their Account tab.
Deleting your account purges your data immediately — including your entire sightings history and every stored snapshot image — and signs you out. This is a synchronous cascade, not a delayed time-to-live: your sightings and snapshots are removed in the same request, not left to expire.
By email: if you can't sign in, email info@erbacciltd.com from the email address on your Ring account with the subject "Delete my account". Sending the request from the email address on file is how we confirm it is you; we then delete your account within 30 days.
Separately, if you do not delete your account, sightings and snapshots you leave in place expire on their normal retention timer: the sighting record after up to 90 days (30 days once a trial has lapsed), and the snapshot image after 90 days from capture, whatever your tier. There is currently no way to delete a single sighting on its own — deleting your account, which purges everything at once, is the way to remove data before those timers run out. See the Privacy Policy §6 and §7.3.
For full details on the data we process, see our Privacy Policy.
